On behalf of the Milk River Intercounty Drain Drainage District, Southeast Macomb Sanitary District has developed a public notification plan for permitted, tested, and treated discharges that may occur from the Milk River Retention Treatment Basin, located in Grosse Pointe Woods. This public notification plan is required under Part 40 CFR Part 122.38(c) for discharges into the Great Lakes Basin.
